Online Payment Portal Unavailable, Service Disruption

BridgePay Network Solutions, our third-party credit card processing vendor, has been experiencing a nationwide service disruption that began on 02/06/2026. As a result, the City's online Utility Billing payment portal is currently unavailable. We do not have an estimated restoration time.
*A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE ENROLLED IN AUTO-PAY*
Auto-pay was scheduled to run on 02/12/2026 (5 business days prior to the 02/20/2026 due date) but due to the service disruption we continue to be unable to process these payments.
Past due notices will be sent out next week but rest assured that we have deferred assessing late fees due to this nationwide disruption. We ask that you continue to keep your account current during this period by remitting payment on or before Thursday, March 12, 2026 by utilizing one of the available payment options listed below:
Payment options during the outage:
- Pay-by-phone
To make a payment using credit, debit, or eCheck please call Utility Billing at (425) 806-6881 and select option 1.
- In-person
Customers may make in-person cash and check payments, Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm at City Hall, located at 18415 101st Ave NE.
- After-hours drop box
Check payments after hours may be placed in the outside payment dropbox located on the north side of City Hall (adjacent to the Police Department on the corner of NE 185th St & 101st Ave NE).
- Bank bill-payer
Customers may use their bank bill-pay system by referencing their Account-CustomerID. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the city to receive your payment. Payments are posted upon receipt.
