City of Bothell Utility Billing Online Services

Online Payment Portal is now Available

Post Update: 02/27/2026 1:00 PM

The City’s Utility Billing payment portal is now available for online payments. BridgePay Network Solutions, our third-party credit card processing vendor, experienced a nationwide service disruption that began on 02/06/26. As a result, the City's online Utility Billing payment portal was unavailable 02/06/26 – 02/26/26.

A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE ENROLLED IN AUTO-PAY

We will not be processing auto-pay for bills that were due on or before 02/20/26.

Auto-pay was scheduled to run on 02/12/26 (5 business days prior to the 02/20/26 due date) but due to the service disruption we were unable to process these payments.

Auto-pay will resume based on your current online portal enrollment on 04/13/26 for the bi-monthly billing processed at the end of March for usage from 01/01/26 – 02/28/26 (due on or before 04/20/26).

Past due notices were emailed to customers on 02/24/26 and our printed notices will be mailed the week of 03/02/26. Rest assured that we have deferred assessing late fees due to this nationwide disruption. We ask that you keep your account current and avoid possible service disruption by remitting payment on or before Thursday, March 12, 2026.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
